Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was advertised with a nice view and a balcony, offering two light-filled rooms with a view of the volcanoes. The rooms were worth the extra, despite the fact that the bathroom was not big enough to hold the bathroom sink.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, offering a beautiful view over the city. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a larger bathroom with a cozy couch. However, the service was not up to par, with some staff members being extremely arrogant and unmotivated. The location was excellent, close to the city center and many sightseeing attractions, but the overall stay was a bit marred by the lackluster service experience.
